Architectural Requests

As indicated in our bylaws, homeowners are required to acquire approval from the Board of Directors to modify the exterior of property within the community. This includes adding security doors, storm doors, fences, decks and permanent alterations to landscaping like trees, the total removal of grass, or pouring concrete walkways or patios.

Our most common requests are for doors and decks. Please note, to uphold the neat and orderly appearance of our community, storm or security doors may NOT have bars and the frames must match the framing of the entire door entrance (white). Maintaining this aesthetic is key to maintaining attractive property values for our community.

Decks must be constructed of vinyl to avoid long term deterioration. Customarily the flooring has been brown or gray and the railings are white vinyl with various acceptable options for the slats.
