Parking Rules
Parking At Villages at Peppermill?
Each Villages at Peppermill townhome has a driveway and a one or two car garage for the use of the homeowners. Additionally, all parking spaces marked as “RESIDENTS” are designated as homeowner parking only. These spaces require a “Resident” hang-tag for overnight parking (12:00am - 6:00am on weekdays, and 1:00am - 6:00am on weekends).
All parking spaces marked “VISITORS” are designated as visitor parking only, and require a valid “Visitor” hang-tag for overnight parking. Both passes can be obtained from the HOA Board of Directors. Homeowners receive one (1) "Resident" and one (1) "Visitor" hang tag as a part of their assessment fees. Additional permits can be purchased here: Parking Payments.
For questions refer to the Parking FAQ or email the Board at [email protected]. Parking passes can only be issued to homeowners of VAP. Renters may only receive parking permits through the VAP homeowner or after registering online.
Designated Visitor Parking There are 27 designated visitor parking spots specifically for those who visit the property and wonder where they can park. Please be courteous and leave these spots available for visitors to VAP. Overnight parking (12am - 6:00am on weekdays; 1:00am - 6:00am on weekdays) will require a visitor's hang tag.
Parking Parallel to Driveway Prohibited This parking practice, commonly referred to as “blocking my driveway,” impedes the passage for larger emergency vehicles, in the event of an emergency, and presents a nuisance to the community. Vehicles found double parked after JULY 1, 2017 will be subject towing and impoundment 24 hours a day.
Parking on Sidewalk Prohibited Please be considerate to sidewalk pedestrians, with particular concern for VAP children and dog walkers, and refrain from blocking the sidewalk when parked in your driveway. Cars parked on sidewalks overnight will be towed.
