Towing Enforcement

Villages of Peppermill Homeowner, RPM Towing is authorized to patrol our property 24 hours a day, and any vehicle in violation will be impounded at owner’s expense. Additionally, the HOA by laws and declarations governing vehicles in the community are attached for your reference. 

Towing will be enforced 24 hours a day, the parking violations are the following:

  • Any vehicle double parked on street, blocking a driveway (EVEN IF IT IS YOUR OWN DRIVEWAY)
  • Any vehicle parked in a fire lane (all yellow curbs)
  • Any vehicle parked in a handicap space without a handicap license plate, permit or tag
  • Any vehicle parked in two or more spaces
  • Any vehicle parked improperly in the opposite direction of the other parked cars in accordance with the direction of the flow of traffic
  • Any vehicle with expired, altered or no tags
  • Any commercial vehicle parked overnight on the property
  • Any inoperable, wrecked or abandoned vehicle
  • Any vehicle determined by the Board of Villages at Peppermill HOA to be a nuisance to the property

All exterior (non-driveway/garage) parking spaces will require VISITOR or RESIDENT hang-tags for parking between 12:00am - 6:00am on weekdays, and 1:00am - 6:00am on weekends.

  • Any vehicle not displaying proper permits for parking during these hours will be towed at the owners expense.
  • Any vehicle parked in a driveway that is blocking any VAP sidewalk overnight will be towed.



Vehicles in violation of the foregoing rules will be subject to towing and impoundment at the owners expense.

In addition to the enforcement above, RPM Towing will offer our community the following services (please check http://www.rpmtowing.net for fees):

  • Straight Tow (Vehicle owner requested tow)
  • Lockout (Gain entry into owner's vehicle without the usage of a key)
  • Tire Change (Remove flat tire, replace with owner's spare tire)
  • Relocation Service • Off-Property and On-Property
