Quarterly Assessments Edit page

The current HOA quarterly assessments are $292.00 per quarter, with payments due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st of each year.  A $15.00 late fee is assessed if payment is not received before the 30th of these months.  

Quarterly assessments are to be paid through Tidewater, our property management company.  This guidance document can walk you through this process for electronic payments.  

You can always set up bill pay through your bank making sure to note the account number on the check.

If you would like to pay in advance or pay for the entire year, you are also welcome to do so.
